UCL Hospitals Charitable Foundation
UCL Hospitals Charitable Foundation (registered charity number 1077638) is the main fundraising charity for key research, building and equipment projects across all University College London Hospitals.
Thanks to the support and generosity of our supporters we were able to raise over £28 million towards the UCH Macmillan Cancer Centre development. We are continuing to help UCLH NHS Foundation Trust deliver cutting edge research and first-class patient care by supporting a number of new projects across our hospitals. A list of our current fundraising projects can be found under the 'Projects' header at the top of this page.
We are grateful for the support of our trustees whose commitment is valuable to us.

One of our biggest projects in recent years has been fundraising for the UCH Macmillan Cancer Centre, a state-of-the-art custom-built outpatient facility, which meets the palliative care and treatment needs of cancer patients and their families across the UK.
The centre opened in April 2012 and more information can be found here. In addition to the capital appeal for the Cancer Centre, UCL Hospitals Charitable Foundation supports other work across the hospital and with help from our donors, we have helped to fund an ultrasound scanner for the Fetal Medicine Unit, research into the treatment and detection of early lung cancer and build a new Cellular Therapy Unit for cancer patients receiving high dose chemo and radiotherapy.
UCL Hospitals Charitable Foundation is very grateful for all of the donations that it receives. Without these we are not able to fund the important projects that you read about on these pages.
