The Woosnam Foundation and The Lord Leonard and Lady Estelle Wolfson Foundation generously support the Stroke Unit at UCLH

The Coronavirus Pandemic has changed life as we know it over a few short months and whilst the virus has separated us, kindness has united us. These are difficult times for everyone and many of the projects that we support have been paused while staff that we support focus on Covid-19.

For the past two years our events programme has been severely hindered by Covid-19, with the majority of in person events cancelled. However, 2023 looks set for a return to normality, so why not take a look at the events we've got coming up and consider taking on a challenge?

We are immensely grateful to Rob Hynds for running the London Marathon on our behalf on Sunday 28th April, and for raising more than £2,000 to support our work.

In December 2018, the UCL Hospitals Charitable Foundation was delighted to receive a generous donation of £50,000 from The Charles Wolfson Charitable Trust, in support of the outstanding £85,800 costs of a Principal Investigator for our ground-breaking ‘Lung-on-a-Chip’ project.

Whether you are a serious runner looking to beat your personal best time, or a beginner who wants to dress up as a super hero, we can find a run for your any occasion. If there is a run you want to take part in but you can't find it here, please contact us and we'll do our best to get you a place.

Hundreds of supporters have challenged themselves to treks and cycle expeditions over the past 15 years, seeing the world and surpassing their own expectations.
